Grandma has had Buzzy all week. Today they went to the State Museum Carousel.

Buzzy and Grandma Biscuit had floor seats to the Wiggles concert. They're like the freaking Beatles for the Under-4 crowd. Grandma got so much stuff for him, "One of each, please," that the Australian GNP was increased 7%. Really.

Scary Bat! Scaaaaary Baaat !! Raaaahhhhrr!!!

Buzzy was supposed to be a Little Brown Bat and Ken was going to be a Big Brown Bat. Needless to say, I've got too much on my plate right now, so I only got the one costume done. Barely.

Ken & Claire brought Buzzy to the hospital to pick me up and Buzzy went storming down the hallways, flapping his arms and bellowing, "RAAHHH! Scaaary Bat!! RaaHH!" Well, all of the administrative staff rummaged through their desks and tapped into their KitKat stashes. One doctor emptied all of the change from his pocket into Buzzy's Loot Pumpkin. And a light went on... "Scaaary Baaatt!!"

Halloween Scam Part II

After the hospital escapades, we went trick-or-treating with Paige the Angel and Kieran the Dragon. Since both are a little older than Buzzy, they had the concept down a bit better. Buzzy could barely keep up as they ran from house to house. Within a few houses, we figured out why.

Buzzy would dawdle a bit after the candy distribution, point out something interesting about the person's house, "Wow, scary pumpkin!" or "Wow, BIG cat," strike a few scary bat poses and then accept the extra candy that was stuffed into his bag. Nine times out of ten.
